Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us with the contact form: your name, business, email, optionally a phone number, how many stores and employees you have, and your message.

To protect the form from abuse, the IP address it is sent from is held only in the server’s memory for a few minutes, and is never stored. The website keeps no visitor logs.

Why, and on what legal basis

To reply to your request and, if you ask, to arrange a demo or send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don’t send newsletters and we don’t use your details for advertising.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months from our last contact. If we work together, the contract’s terms apply.

Who sees it

Only the team at Utilize IKE that works on Postorunner. Requests are stored on the server that hosts this website and forwarded to the team by email. We don’t sell them or give them to third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party services; even the fonts are served from the same server. If you switch theme (light or dark), your choice is stored only in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your details, to correct or erase them, to restrict or object to their processing, or to receive them in a portable format, by writing to info@utilize.gr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
